You look at the thing Vera threw to you. It is a beautiful pendant!
It's a heavy silver chain with a bejewled silver medallion on the end.
On the medallion is a celtic knot design. On the flip side is a carving
of a flame and an inscription:

"Thank you," you breathe, awed, as you put it on, "What does it mean?"
"It is a protective medallion," Vera says, "Wear it always. Say
those words to activate it and no violence stemming from anger may harm
you."
