"How do I know I can trust you?" you ask, trying to stall.  You feel you have to think. You can't just step out on blind faith and put your life in this lion's paws.  He could throw you off His back or hurt you!  What if He secretly wants to eat you?

"You do not know," Aslan answers you, "You must believe without proof.  It is the nature of trust."  He stands there, waiting.

Your heart tells you to go ahead--trust Him, but your head is screaming No no no!  This can't be!  You are caught in the agony of descision between head and heart, science and faith, reason and feeling.
