What fun would it be to inhabit the sleek, metal body of this ship without testing *all* of the capabilities? Concentrating your essence into the front and rear of the pulsating hull, you absorb a bit of energy from the main computers and hurl yourself forward and over, spinning like a oblong, teardrop-shaped wheel through space. At this moment, however, you realize three things: first, your absorption of energy from the ship's computers seems to have given you access to all of the computer's files! Second, someone (or some *thing*!) is trying to access a computer console on the bridge and is attempting to regain control of the ship. Third, your sensors detect an unidentified spacecraft approaching your location. It is currently 8 light years away and, travelling at its current speed, should reach you in about two hours. At the moment, you decide to:

• skim through the ship's files and try to learn something about your current existence.
• try to communicate with the person or thing accessing the computer on the bridge.
• try and thwart the efforts of that person or thing without communicating.
• try to find out more about the approaching vessel.
• observe other life aboard the ship.
• speed very quickly away from the approaching ship and explore your new universe!
