You leap blindly into the portal.  A great loud rumbling noise fills your ears, then starts to fade.  You hear a whispering wind in your ears.  The sound of an ocean gently lapping against a shoreline grows steadily until suddenly you are out of the portal.

You are standing on a beach facing an endless blue-green ocean.  You slowly turn around and your eyes take in a giant landscape.  What at first appears to be trees turns out to be giant toadstools and flowers.  Not everything is so huge, though.  The sand seems normally fine and there are normal sized sea oats waving in the light breeze.  The beach stretches off on either side of you, and this strange forest is in front.
